Our NC 51 is a hybrid/ceramic sealant that gives a beautiful shine and at the same time makes follow-up care with our NC 1 very easy.

Important: The sealant must be applied within 4 weeks of ordering! It is freshly mixed and filled!

The advantages of NC 51

  • The car is much easier to clean with NC 1.
  • Bird droppings and bug splatter come off more easily.
  • The paint is UV-resistant and always looks like new.
  • The shine of the paint can be protected for the long term.
  • Doing it yourself is much cheaper than having it done by a car detailer.
  • The car holds its value considerably better.

The procedure

First, clean the vehicle paint thoroughly. It must be absolutely clean. Then degrease the entire paint surface with our NC 5 alcohol cleaner and a cloth.

Now it's time for NC 51.

Put on gloves (rubber gloves) and unscrew the lid. Use a wooden spatula or something similar to put the sealant onto a lint-free cloth.

Don't take too much. Only seal one panel at a time (door, trunk lid, etc.).

Please try to apply the sealant in the shade. Avoid hot sunlight on the paint surface.

Less is more: now spread a fine, visible film on the paint. The fine film must completely cover the entire surface.

Example: Spread a fine film of wax on the fender (less is more), wait 1 minute and then buff it off. Then move on to the next section.

Never spread it over the whole car and then buff it off. That can leave ugly patches later.

It is super easy, and even if you miss something, you can always take the film off again. Please check everything afterwards. The sealant needs about 24 hours to cure initially. It is fully cured after 1 week.

No moisture may get onto the vehicle during the first 24 hours.

Safety information

This sealant contains chemicals. It has a strong solvent smell.

Do not inhale directly, and never swallow it or let it get into your face or open wounds. Keep away from children and store securely.

If something does happen, consult a doctor immediately and show them the safety data sheet.
