We want everyone to be able to use our online shop – including with a screen reader, keyboard, screen magnifier or other assistive technology. In line with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) and Annex 3 of its ordinance (BFSGV), this page explains how our shop works, how accessible it is and how you can report barriers to us.
What we offer
Nobelclean Diamonding Service GmbH runs this online shop for vehicle care. You can view and compare products, add them to your cart and order them, subscribe to refill canisters and cancel a subscription online, write to us through the contact form, send in customer photos and read our guide articles. The shop is available in German and English.
How an order works
- Choose a product: on the product page you select the variant if needed (for example the number of cloths), the quantity and the purchase type – one-time or subscription.
- Add to cart: the cart opens at the edge of the screen. There you can change quantities, remove items and enter a discount code.
- Go to checkout: the checkout is provided by our shop system Shopify. There you enter your delivery address and payment method and complete the order with the order button.
- Get your confirmation: after ordering you receive an order confirmation by email.
You can end a subscription at any time without logging in on the page Cancel contracts here. All prices include VAT; shipping costs are listed under Shipping.
How we implement accessibility
Our basis is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which the European standard EN 301 549 also refers to. This includes, among other things:
- All functions can be operated with the keyboard. A “Skip to content” link skips the navigation; the keyboard focus is visible and is not hidden by the header.
- Pages have a clear heading structure, named navigation areas and meaningful page titles; the language of each page is declared.
- Images have text alternatives. If an image contains text, that text is also part of the image description.
- Text and controls have sufficient contrast. Pages can be enlarged considerably and read on narrow screens without scrolling sideways.
- Form fields are labelled, required fields are marked, and errors are named and announced by screen readers.
- Animations are switched off if “reduce motion” is set on your device. Scrolling banners and videos that start automatically can be paused.
- Prices, sale prices, ratings and changes to the cart are also announced to screen readers.
Compliance status
Our online shop is partially compliant with the requirements. The following content is not yet fully accessible:
- Videos: the NC1 application video has no narrator; its text appears in German in the picture. It has captions in German (sound descriptions) and English (translation of the on-screen text), which can be switched on in the player; on the English pages the English captions are on by default. For the video behind “Watch full video”, YouTube so far only offers automatically generated German captions, which are not free of errors; the full spoken text is shown in the video window below the player (“Video transcript”). The application is also described in text on the product pages.
- Third-party content: the checkout (Shopify), customer reviews (Judge.me), the subscription selection (Shopify Subscriptions) and the security check on forms (hCaptcha) come from third-party providers. We can only influence their accessibility to a limited extent.
- Some product images contain text, for example infographics. The text is part of the image description, but not available as formatted text on the page.
We are working on fixing these points.
How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 13 October 2026. It is based on a self-assessment: an automated check with axe and Lighthouse and a manual check with keyboard, zoom and a narrow screen view.
