This English version is provided for convenience; the German version is legally binding.
Delivery countries
We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany is always free of charge, regardless of the order value. All prices include statutory VAT. For deliveries to Germany and Austria, the shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
The shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland are calculated manually after the order and invoiced in addition.
Collection
Collection is possible at: Bonner Str. 25 M, 53773 Hennef/Sieg, Germany. Collection is free of charge. The order can be collected after we have notified you by e-mail that it is ready.
Delivery time
Goods in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days of receipt of payment (see Terms of Service, § 4). Delivery then usually takes:
- Germany: 2–4 working days
- Austria: 1–4 working days
- Switzerland: depending on customs clearance
Customs and import charges (Switzerland)
Switzerland is not part of the European Union. Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to import charges (such as customs duties and Swiss VAT) as well as fees charged by the shipping provider for customs clearance. These are borne by the recipient unless they have already been shown and charged during the ordering process.
